You are free to make an article with the title and shift the contents over. As far as I can tell, pixiv Encyclopedia has no redirect feature, which makes it rather troublesome.

As for the Making article, my suggestion is "Creational Presentation Included".

"Making Wanted" is ambiguous for an article title. A reader is likely to interpret the title as "This artwork is being made more wanted." or "This artwork is making itself wanted." I'd suggest changing the title of this page to "Creational Presentation Requested" or a similar title.
