Overview

The Legend of Zelda (ゼルダの伝説, Zeruda no Densetsu) is a popular video game series released by Nintendo, featuring head-twisting puzzle solving and action that makes full use of numerous items.

The main setting, is that of a boy (or young man) named Link, clad in a green tunic, saving the holy land of Hyrule. There are about fifteen The Legend of Zelda related games on the market.

Most of them stand alone and have no story connection to the other series. Therefore, there is no problem to start from any of them.

Compared to the Super Mario series, another Nintendo title, the Mario series is somewhat comical, while the rise and fall of kingdoms and the battles that continue until one of the heroes or the Demon King loses his life are somewhat serious, and Metroid, also on the serious side, is a story about an unknown species called Metroid that repeatedly multiplies and evolves through the radiation.
