Even though the name “Microsoft” includes “micro” which means “small,” its corporate body is one of the largest companies in the world.
Microsoft offers gaming devices, PC input devices, and hardware. They also focus on software. The only software company larger than Microsoft’s software division is likely to be Adobe.
Microsoft’s headquarters are in Redmond, Washington (Next to Nintendo of America) and is not a Silicon Valley related company. (However, their Macintosh Division Office is located in the Silicon Valley.)
