Overview
Kisume (キスメ) is one of the youkai who lives at the underground, cut off from the terrestrial world of Gensokyo.
Her race is the tsurube-otoshi. She is usually found in caves and wells. She is shy and loves small places, and always lives in a tub.
She is the first youkai (stage 1 mid-boss) that the protagonists encounter on their way to the depths of the earth to investigate the geyser disturbances in Subterranean Animism. There have been many mid-boss-only characters before, but she is the first to have a clear personality outline described in her first appearance.
