A lady pirate who is the captain of the Charm Pirates. Wields a sword. Very beautiful, and uses that beauty to get treasure out of men. She's very infamous by now, but there's still no end to her hangers-on.

She first appears aiming for the bounty on Ishut's head, and runs into the Gloria Pirates several times over the course of the story.
She and Elisha are rivals, but during a certain event Elisha rescues her from Rogan's sexual harassment and they become much friendlier with each other. According to Ruru, they become friends after hitting each other. Anyhow, all's well that ends well.
She and Tracey Cormack are sisters. Despite their looks, Tracey is the elder.
If Anne has always wanted to go on adventures, then Tracey has always wanted to become a doctor and help people.
